Hobbs Fire Department!
In August of 2009, the Hobbs, N.M. Fire Department took the national lead in “Keep Right” traffic safety by installing “Keep Right" Safety Decals on their emergency vehicles in an effort to reduce emergency response times and save more lives.

On 9/01/09 The City of Hobbs began running a message on the Community Bulletin Board featuring the "New Mexico Keep Right" public safety campaign. Video
